Pianist Ruti Abramovitch enjoys a versatile career as a recitalist, soloist, chamber musician, and educator. Her performances have been broadcast live on Chicago’s classical radio station 98.7fm WFMT. She performed in some of the city’s most notable concert halls including Nichols Hall in Evanston, Fullerton Hall at the Art Institute of Chicago, Symphony Center’s Buntrock Hall, and Preston-Bradley hall at the Cultural Center.

Ruti is a graduate of the Tel-Aviv Academy of Music as well as the Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, IN, where she worked with Menahem Pressler of the Beaux-Arts trio. In Chicago, Ruti has served on the faculty of the Music Institute of Chicago Academy and Community Music School.
